What is the status of my Return or Exchange:
If you have already gone through our Return/Exchange online process and you have shipped your items back to us, once we receive the products at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your Return/Exchange to be processed.
To speed this process up, you can email us your tracking number to show that it has arrived at our warehouse, and we will make sure to process your Return/Exchange.
Wrong item sent or missing item:
If we sent you the wrong item, or forgot an item in your order, please send us pictures of the incorrect item and let us know which item from your order is missing/wrong and we will ship you a new item immediately.

At BornTough, we believe in the freedom of our customers to keep or return a product until they have the product physically in their hands. Any BT product may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving an order.

All Tags must be intact.
Clearance items may not be returned.
Shipping Cost
We provide prepaid shipping labels for defective products or product exchanges. For other returns, customers must cover the return shipping cost.
Return & Exchange:
To return your product, Please submit a return or exchange request at our Returns & Exchange Center.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $69.99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
